All purchases are subject to a vetting process. Passing this process is required for participation. Per Idaho Code § 6-202, we maintain the legal right to limit or deny access to our private land and range.
Training occurs on private land. By Idaho law, property owners may restrict access at their discretion (Idaho trespass law: § 18-7008).
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual under Idaho Code § 18-911 (assault and battery) and other relevant laws to ensure the safety of participants, staff, and the surrounding community.
Participants must sign a liability waiver on-site. This is consistent with standard practices under Idaho Code § 6-1101, which allows for assumption of risk waivers in recreational and sports settings.
All instruction is conducted in accordance with Idaho firearm laws including Title 18, Chapter 33 (Firearms, Explosives and Other Deadly Weapons). It is your responsibility to ensure you are legally permitted to train with firearms in Idaho.
See our Refund Policy. Vetting failure = full refund. Rule violation or no-show = no refund.
We may update these terms at any time to remain compliant with Idaho law or operational needs.
