Valiance Firearms training operates on privately owned land and reserves the right to limit access per Idaho trespass and property law (Idaho Code § 6-202). We offer firearms training to vetted individuals only.
Refund Conditions
Full refund if you do not pass our vetting process.
Full refund for cancellations more than 72 hours in advance.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations may not be refunded.
No refund if you refuse to sign our waiver or break range rules.
Vetting Clause
We reserve the right to deny service at our discretion under Idaho Code § 18-7008 (trespass laws) and general private business rights.
